Brew your coffee and tea with H2O Zone Water. Mix your fruit juices with this delicious, natural tasting water. Using it will help to bring out the natural flavors in everything you cook, mix or drink.

How to Avoid Missing Deliveries

• If you will not be at home on your scheduled delivery dates:
  • Leave your empties outside with a note of instruction telling us where to leave your order --- porch, patio, utility room, etc.
  • If you are a call-in customer, please consult your calendar and call in advance of your scheduled delivery.
  • If you do not have a delivery calendar call or write to customer service (please include your account number.)

Your home or office will receive deliveries every two or four weeks depending on your water usage and geographic location.  If you would like to call for deliveries just let us know. You will receive a calendar listing delivery dates.

MOVING

MakeH2O Zone Work for You

When moving your office or residence, please give the office ample notice. If you're remaining in our delivery area, we'll transfer service to your new address.

Should you move out of the H2O Zone delivery area we'll pick up the dispenser before you leave.

Taking a Trip

Take several gallons of H2O Zone Water with you in handy 500ml or 1.5 Litre bottles which we'll be happy to deliver for you. Please notify the office to suspend service while you're away.

Care of Your Dispenser

YOUR DISPENSER IS DELIVERED to you clean and in good working order. Here are some tips on how you can keep it clean and efficient. The catch basin under the faucet's is not a drain and should be lifted off and emptied periodically. Rinsing in warm, soapy water will keep it sanitary. Be sure to wipe the neck of the water bottle before placing it on the dispenser. From time to time it is advisable to rinse the water reservoir with light soapy water or water containing baking soda.
